How much does event video coverage cost?
Every event is unique, so all projects are priced based on the scope, filming time, crew requirements, and post-production needs. As a general guideline, most base event projects start at approximately $1,000, but final pricing will be determined through a custom quote.
Do you require a deposit to book an event?
Yes. A deposit is required to secure your event date. In most cases, this deposit is 50% of the total project cost, though the exact amount may vary depending on the size and scope of the project.
What types of events do you film?
We film a wide variety of events including corporate events, conferences, brand activations, community events, private celebrations, and more.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak event seasons. However, we will always do our best to accommodate shorter timelines when possible.
What is included in event video production?
Most event packages include on-site filming, professional audio capture, and post-production editing to deliver a polished highlight video or recap of your event. Additional services such as multi-camera coverage, interviews, or social media edits can also be added.
Do you travel outside Winnipeg?
Yes. We are based in Winnipeg but are available to travel for events. Travel fees may apply depending on location and project requirements.
